Also you remember that after Soyuz-U failure in December 2015 it was decided to change engines on all third stages. Some rockets were on Baikonur and their third stages were to be returned to factory.

Is that a B under the serial number ? (Sorry, lousy eyesight.) If it is then maybe it's indicating we are seeing the Blok B, partially answering a question which I have posted in this section.
