MSK, or MSD? MSK is +0300, MSD is +0400, and I think the launch is at  Oct 7 23:10 UTC, right?

Soyuz Space Upper Composite Assembled at Baikonur.

Preparations for the upcoming human space launch continue at Baikonur.
Soyuz TMA-M has been integrated with the adapter. The operation is to be followed by the designer’s inspection and fairing incapsulation.
Then, the second Soyuz training of the crew will take place in order to give cosmonauts and astronauts final opportunity to see if the vehicle is OK for the mission.
The upper composite will then be headed to site 112 for integration with the launcher.
Soyuz TMA-01M launch is scheduled for 5.10 MSK, Oct. 8.
The Soyuz crew continues their prelaunch training – studies of the ODF files which describe Soyuz/ISS nominal/offnominal docking operations, nominal ATV/ISS rendezvous sequences, ISS RS status. They also undergo physical training and special procedures. The backup crew had their tradition tour in the Baikonur city yesterday.

Interesting designation change... from Soyuz TMA-01M to Soyuz TMA-M.

So, what is the official name of this spacecraft ? TMA-01M or TMA-M ?

I belive it is TMA-01M.... Roscosmos wanted us to put that on the crew patch, so why not call it that way ??  It is the new Soyuz TMA-M spacecraft design, but the Soyuz capsule that will fly in space is TMA-01M...

In a way, it's logical : Russians have never put a "1" in the name of their spacecraft (Vostok, Voskhod, Kvant, Soyouz, etc.)

Soyuz-1 and Soyuz TMA-1. But it was bad flights - Komarov's death and Expedition 6 ballistic entry. I was told deletion of "01" from name of spacecraft is related to Progress M-01M issues.

Soyuz Rocket Integrated for Launch on Oct. 8.

Soyuz-FG LV intended for the launch of the Soyuz TMA-01M vehicle on Oct. 8 is to be moved to pad 1 tomorrow for further final prelaunch processing within the 3 days remaining till the launch.
Last night, the Soyuz TMA upper composite was delivered to facility 112 for integration with the launcher.
Mounting of the launch escape system on the top of the rocket is the most complicated operation to be carried out today. The upper composite is to be mated with the third stage first, and then the stack will be integrated with stages 1 and 2.
State Board tonight is to give its 'go' for the roll out to take place tomorrow morning.
The launch is slated for Oct. 8, at 3.10 MSK.
