Looks like there's pressure from Moscow to launch it this year.

On the Metop-A, I was part of the launch team, you should have seen the board at the hotel for the duty schedule.... 6 attempts if I remember right.

The Volga upper stage has separated ! Everything is fine. Payload separation should occur within about 1,5 hour.
