From the representation in the video, it does look pretty much like TL-1A.

On the background screen, launch window is indicated as 23:41-00:29 (local time)

The boosters debris have been spotted in Jinsha and Renhui counties, Guizhou province

Half of the fairing was spotted near Qingcao village, Suichuan county, Jiangxi province (N260203.86E1140311.22) within the designated drop zone.

First stage debris were recovered near Shuangba village, Dadi township, Zhenyuan county, Guizhou province (N271813.00E1081218.14)
(source - quoting a Compass satellite as payload ;D )

Launch was originally planned for July 12, but was brought forward to July 11 due to weather conditions.

According to USSTRATCOM, the 3rd stage has re-entered this morning at 02:07:00UTC +/- 1 minute over 4.1°S, 10.5°E (in the Gulf of Guinea near Gabon).
