All the necessary operations and check-outs are due to begin soon.Blagovest №12 is a heavy-class satellite based on ISS-Reshetnev’s largest Express-2000 platform. The satellite is equipped with a payload which was also designed and built by ISS-Reshetnev Company. Blagovest №12 is intended to provide high-speed internet, data communications, television and radio broadcasting, telephony and videoconferencing services.
